哥本哈根當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間3月17日，航運(yùn)市場風(fēng)向標(biāo)馬士基就中東波斯灣地區(qū)空箱還柜出臺(tái)新規(guī)。新規(guī)要求所有客戶必須將空箱歸還至指定地點(diǎn)，否則將必須支付600至3000美元的額外空箱還柜費(fèi)。
馬士基在公告中稱：鑒于霍爾木茲海峽及其周邊海域航行和港口作業(yè)形勢不斷變化，為了保障我方船舶、船員及貴方貨物的安全，馬士基正在實(shí)施臨時(shí)空箱返還安排：即日起至另行通知，對于現(xiàn)有和新的進(jìn)口到阿聯(lián)酋、卡塔爾、巴林、科威特、沙特阿拉伯（朱拜勒）、伊拉克和阿曼（杜庫姆）的貨物，以往正常的就近還柜堆場將不再接收空集裝箱！（empty containers will not be accepted at their usual return locations.）
根據(jù)馬士基的最新要求，所有空箱只能歸還到下面兩個(gè)指定港口堆場。
- Oman – Salalah 阿曼 – 薩拉拉
- Saudi Arabia – Jeddah 沙特阿拉伯 – 吉達(dá)
如果客戶不能根據(jù)馬士基最新要求將空箱歸還至指定堆場，馬士基將額外加收一個(gè)額外還柜費(fèi)Drop off charges (DRP)，收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下：
值得注意的是，馬士基還在通知中強(qiáng)調(diào)，目前阿曼蘇哈爾港（Sohar）僅接受在阿曼卸貨的客戶的空箱；約旦亞喀巴港(Aqaba) 僅接受在伊拉克卸貨的客戶的空箱。業(yè)內(nèi)人士指出，隨著中東特別是霍爾木茲海峽一帶安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)上升，船公司正持續(xù)收緊運(yùn)營策略，包括調(diào)整航線、限制空箱流轉(zhuǎn)及強(qiáng)化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施，以降低潛在運(yùn)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

Returning of empty container in region
In light of the evolving situation affecting navigation and port operations in and around the Strait of Hormuz, and in order to protect the safety of our vessels, crews and your cargo, Maersk is implementing temporary empty-container return arrangements.
Effective immediately and until further notice, for existing and new import shipments into the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia (Jubail), Iraq and Oman (Duqm), empty containers will not be accepted at their usual return locations.
Instead, empties should be returned only to the designated depots listed below.
Designated empty return depots:
- Oman – Salalah
- Saudi Arabia – Jeddah
