2025年11月6日，歐盟委員會(huì)發(fā)布公告稱，應(yīng)歐盟行業(yè)組織the Coalition Against Unfair Tyre Imports于2025年9月22日提出的申請(qǐng)，對(duì)原產(chǎn)于中國的新乘用車和輕型卡車充氣橡膠輪胎（New Pneumatic Tyres, of rubber, of a kind used onmotor cars, buses or lorries with a load index not exceeding 121）發(fā)起反補(bǔ)貼調(diào)查。涉案產(chǎn)品為用于載重指數(shù)不超過121的機(jī)動(dòng)車（包括旅行車和賽車）、公共汽車或卡車的新乘用車和輕型卡車充氣橡膠輪胎。

       涉案產(chǎn)品的歐盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）編碼為4011 10 00和4011 20 10。本案補(bǔ)貼調(diào)查期為2024年1月1日至2024年12月31日，損害調(diào)查期為2021年1月1日至補(bǔ)貼調(diào)查期結(jié)束。
